Product Discription
Polyethylene (PE) is a self-colored waxy translucent polymer
material with the odorless, tasteless and nontoxic features. The
density of PE is lighter than that of water and PE has low water
absorption. PE also has many advantages, such as good flexibility,
moderate viscosity, good fluidity, low and wide processing
temperature, high decomposition temperature, large shrinkage, easy
deformation and inflammable, etc. PE will melting and dripping when
burning and cannot self-ignited. The surface of PE is difficult to
bond and paint.
As the three most important molding methods of hollow plastic
products, the blow molding, thermoforming, and rotational molding
have different characteristics.
