Product Discription
In the production of plastic products by injection molding,
extrusion molding, blow molding and other processing methods, the
raw materials used are granular materials and there will be high
temperature and high pressure in the production process. Therefore,
their molds bear great pressure, and which caused the mould must be
heavy, complex, and expensive.
Compared with the above mentioned forming methods, rotational
molding has the following characteristics: the whole forming
process is done without pressure; the raw material used must be
powder or liquid; it is applicable to form dense solid products,
products with large wall thickness difference and flat products.
