Product Discription
One of the most significant advantages of rotomolding is the number
of value-added features that can be achieved in one step during the
molding process. This includes application of colorful decorations,
installation of metal inserts, and molding of design features that
eliminate the need for costly secondary operations. With
multi-piece tools, extraordinarily complex parts can be
successfully molded.
PE with weakly weathering resistance will degrade slowly under the
action of atmosphere, sunlight and oxygen. This aging process can
cause the fading, embrittlement, cracking and pulverization of the
products, thus, losing the mechanical properties. Therefore, it is
necessary to add antioxidants and light stabilizers in the raw
materials to improve the performance of PE.
