Product Discription
Although rotational molding is carried out without pressure, there
will be many problems to affect the product quality and mold safety
if there is no vent on the mold.
When the mold is heated, the air in the mold will expand and some
volatile water and gas will expand and release after the melting of
raw materials in the mold. If there is no mold hole, the pressure
in the mold will gradually increase to make it difficult for the
water and air in the molten raw materials to separate out and
escape from the molten material in this pressure environment. The
surface of rotational molded products is prone to bubble and
pinhole problems.
