Product Discription
The outward convex hole is actually a protruding platform formed on
the rotational molding product, which requires the design of the
corresponding parts of the mold. Because the the convex platform is
perpendicular to the adjacent walls, it is easy to form a bridging
phenomenon between the raw materials and powder during forming if
the space is too small. So, the space of the convex platform should
be large enough with the diameter of 5 times of the average wall
thickness at least. In this way, the raw material can melt and flow
in the convex mold cavity, and then form a convex blind hole. As
for the through hole, it can be obtained by removing the product
layer at the outer end of the blind hole
